Half Street Stands with Minnesota

We work in a business of words. Our clients count on us to help them connect with audiences and engage with topics that are timely, important, and relevant. But what we’re seeing in Minnesota and other cities has us struggling to find the right words for so much right now.

It seems too simplistic, too disconnected to just call it heartbreaking, or a tragedy, or un-American.

It’s outrageous. It’s raw.

It’s dystopian.

The terror on the streets is beyond words.

We’re a small business in a small state. We’re not – on our own – going to move the needle for great national change, and we recognize that any kind of forceful statement or action any company makes can be risky.

But we work with organizations that provide a foundation of community., They’re the kinds of organizations that offer a safety net to the most vulnerable, high-quality health care, support to entrepreneurs, and access to great schools. These organizations take risks every day, and they stand up for the individuals and families they serve.

So, while we might not be able to find the precise words right now to articulate what we are seeing and what we are feeling, we won't be silent.

That’s not in our nature.

We will offer our support by continuing to work with organizations and supporting leaders who are firmly committed to protecting and expanding the common good.

We join with millions of Americans imploring this administration to end its unlawful occupation of American cities.
